As an aviation attorney, I am capable of handling cases in all areas of the law. My work has brought me all across the country, and I am licensed to practice law in Minnesota and other states as well as in Federal District Courts, Federal Appeals Courts, and the United States Supreme Court. I have handled thousands of cases throughout my career.
Because I represent pilots in all areas of the law, I have extensive experience handling every type of legal battle. Whether your case requires a jury trial, bench trial, civil litigation, plea bargain, settlement, arbitration or appeal, I am ready and able to do whatever it takes to get the best result in your case. I perform aggressive legal representation for my clients, and have represented individuals, families, and businesses, both large and small.
I have been representing pilots in court for over 40 years, and I know how to handle complex cases that other lawyers have turned away. My ability to handle complex cases successfully has earned me respect among my peers and I have been AV Preeminent peer review-rated* through Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating. Find out more about my background and achievements below:
I am an FAA-licensed commercial pilot, and I have also held flight instructor and instrument instructor ratings. I have also been a member of the Airline Owners and Pilots Association Legal Referral Network since 1987. Beyond my experience in the air and in the courtroom, most of all, I pride myself on my ability to handle cases thoroughly: from start to finish. Reach out to my office to discuss how I can help you, whatever road your case may follow.
